PDF Guru Charged Me Without Consent – Refund Wrongly Denied

I am writing regarding an unauthorized transaction made by Web PDF Guru on my iPhone for $4.99. I never ordered or approved this purchase, yet on 7 July 2026 at around 10:30 I suddenly received a notification from my mobile banking application showing that this amount had been charged. After noticing the charge, I contacted support by email, but I was informed that the amount could not be refunded. I do not accept this because the transaction was made without my consent and I did not knowingly subscribe to or purchase any service from Web PDF Guru. I kindly request that the $4.99 charged without my permission be fully refunded and that no further unauthorized charges be made to my account.
