BC Game UPI Deposit Not Credited Paytm Payment Stuck

I made a deposit to BC Game using UPI through Paytm on 22 March in the amount of 200 rupees. The payment was completed successfully on Paytm, but the balance has still not been added to my BC Game wallet, and the order status in BC Game is still showing as “in process.” After noticing that the money was not reflected in my BC Game account, I opened a ticket with BC Game customer service, but the issue has not been resolved yet and my balance is still missing. I request that the 200 rupees I deposited via UPI/Paytm on 22 March be added to my BC Game wallet as soon as possible.
