PayPal Transfer Stuck During Verification – Request Fund Recovery

I am using an Airwallex personal wallet and I am writing from Kenya regarding a problem with a wrong transfer connected to my wallet verification. On the stated date at around 9:00 pm, I sent 300 USD from my PayPal account, but instead of going correctly to Airwallex it appears to be verifying PayPal and not being reflected properly in my Airwallex wallet. Because of this mistake, my money is stuck and I cannot use it as intended. I kindly request that this situation be checked urgently and that the 300 USD be moved into my Airwallex personal wallet. I also ask to be informed in writing about what happened to this transfer and how it will be prevented in the future so that similar issues do not occur again. I am sharing the relevant transaction records and screenshots to support my request and I ask for a quick solution to recover my money into my Airwallex account.
