Can’t Cash Out PayPal Funds on Bubume — App Shows Invalid Details
I’m trying to withdraw the balance in my PayPal account (about $68) through the Bubume app, but I haven’t been able to complete the transaction for about a week. Whenever I enter the required details on the withdrawal screen, I keep getting the error message: “The information entered is invalid.”
I first tried withdrawing to an IBAN. Then I tried entering card details and testing different wallet options one by one, but none of them worked—each attempt failed with the same error. The app also doesn’t provide clear guidance on this issue, so I can’t even understand the correct withdrawal steps.
In addition, I can’t find a phone number or live support channel to contact Bubume, so I don’t know who to report the problem to. I want Bubume to explain clearly, step by step, how I can withdraw my PayPal balance through the app, and—if needed—to verify my account so I can withdraw the $68 smoothly via IBAN, card, or any method they deem appropriate.
