Payoneer Withdrawal to Ziraat Bank Still Missing After Completed Transfer

On August 2, 2026, at around 6:00 PM, I initiated a withdrawal of $270 from my Payoneer account to my Ziraat Bank account. As shown on the statement, the transaction amount appears as $318.57 / $300.00, and the transaction was approved and marked as completed by Payoneer under transaction number 1018789515. However, as of today, no money has been credited to my Ziraat Bank account.

When I called Ziraat Bank customer service to check the status, I was told that there was no pending payment showing on my account. In other words, while the transaction appears as completed on Payoneer, there is no corresponding transaction or incoming payment visible at my bank.

I request that both Payoneer and Ziraat Bank conduct the necessary checks and either transfer the $270 payment to my Ziraat Bank account as soon as possible or clearly explain what is causing the problem.
