Payoneer Phone Verification Not Working — Error 3006

I am trying to open a new Payoneer account for my Upwork activities, but I am unable to complete the registration because the phone number verification step does not work. Each time I try to verify my phone number with my Zimbabwe number (+263), I do not receive any verification SMS, and instead, I get a generic “3006” error message. When I contacted your customer service, I was informed that I already have a Payoneer account, which is simply not possible, as I have never opened or used a Payoneer account before in any way. I was then advised to change my password, but I cannot even receive the password reset email. If I truly had an existing account with that email, I would expect at least to receive that password reset message. This situation is blocking me completely from both creating a new account and accessing any alleged existing account. I have been trying to resolve this since 20 February 2026 and have repeatedly contacted your support, but I only receive automated, generic replies that do not address my specific problem. There is no option to speak with a real customer representative, and the chatbot does not understand or solve this issue. Meanwhile, I urgently need to access Payoneer services because I have funds to manage related to my work, and this ongoing delay is causing serious difficulties for me. I kindly request that you urgently check your system for any wrong or duplicate account association with my email and phone number, remove any erroneous linkage if it exists, and either allow me to successfully open a new Payoneer account or clearly restore access if there is an existing one. I also ask that you ensure I can receive both the SMS verification code and any password reset emails so that I can finally complete the process and start using your service without further delays.
