I am trying to complete identity verification in order to open a receiving account on my Payoneer account; however, when I attempt to launch the identity verification tool on my Android phone or Android tablet, the system does not open. Because of this, I cannot proceed to the video identity verification screen, cannot upload my ID, and cannot complete the process. This issue has been ongoing for about two weeks. I already waited three weeks for my account to become active, and now I am being forced to wait again for the receiving account due to the same type of issue.
Initially, I received an automated email asking me to submit documents, but even the link in that email would not open. I then tried different browsers and attempted multiple times from both my phone and tablet, but nothing worked and I remained stuck at the same point. Due to the system malfunction, I am unable to complete the required “Visual identity verification” step.
I have requested help multiple times through live support and email. In the responses I received, it was stated that my account information had been reviewed, that my “Photo of yourself with today’s date,” “Proof of address,” and “Government-issued photo ID” had been approved, and that I needed to complete “Visual identity verification” via “Settings → Verification Center.” However, this is exactly what I have been trying to do, and I cannot proceed because the system does not open. No concrete solution has been provided.
Despite all these attempts and multiple support requests, I am still unable to open my receiving account and continue my work. I request that this technical issue with the identity verification tool be urgently identified and resolved, or that an alternative verification method (such as manual document upload or another verification channel) be provided.
