Withdrawal Option Is Not Visible In My Account

I am using the Parimatch Android application with user ID 717358***. On 17 June 2026, I deposited 7,500 rupees into my Parimatch account and then won further amount from playing on the platform. I currently have around 31,000 rupees in my account balance. On the same day, at around 09:33 pm, I tried to withdraw my winnings three times. Each withdrawal request was rejected, and after these rejections the withdrawal option completely disappeared from my account and is no longer visible. As a result, I am unable to withdraw any of my balance. I contacted Parimatch customer support, but the representative did not respond to my query and I have still not received any explanation about why my withdrawals were rejected or why the withdrawal option has been blocked on my account. I request that my withdrawal option be immediately restored on my Parimatch account and that I be allowed to withdraw my full balance of approximately 31,000 rupees without further delay, or that a clear and valid explanation be provided for this restriction.
