UPI Deposit Missing Despite Successful Bank Debit
On 10 May, I made a deposit of 1000 INR to my Parimatch account (user ID: 364632***) via UPI. The amount was successfully debited from my bank account, but it was never credited to my Parimatch balance. The UTR number for this transaction is 243658993559. I raised a ticket with Parimatch about this missing deposit, but so far I have not received any response or solution from customer support. It is very disappointing that my money is stuck and my ticket appears to be ignored. I request that this issue be resolved urgently by either crediting the 1000 INR to my Parimatch account or refunding the 1000 INR back to my bank/UPI account, and I kindly ask to be informed once the action is completed.
