I have an account on the Parimatch website, and on 21 January 2026, my balance of 4000 suddenly disappeared from my account and is no longer showing. I did not withdraw or use this money in any way, but my balance went to zero, and I cannot see any clear explanation on the site. This situation makes me feel very unsafe about using the platform, because a large amount has gone from my account without any information.
