Parimatch Restricted My Balance After Deposit of ₹800

I am writing regarding an issue I experienced with my Parimatch account (User ID: 553915541) on April 3, 2026, from India. After depositing 800 INR into my account, I noticed that my cash balance became restricted, and I was unable to use the deposited amount as intended.
The restriction appeared only after the deposit was successfully completed, and since then I have not been able to use my balance normally. I contacted Parimatch customer support about this issue, but I could not find any effective solution, and the restriction still remains on my account.
I kindly request that the restriction on my cash balance be removed so that I can freely use the 800 INR I deposited, or that my account be fully restored for normal use. I would like this issue to be investigated and resolved as soon as possible.
