Parimatch Blocked My Account and Withheld My ₹22,000 Balance

I have been using my Parimatch account in India through the Android application, and as of yesterday, my account was suddenly blocked without any explanation. When the block occurred, I had a balance of approximately 22,000 INR in my account, which I can no longer access due to this restriction. After noticing that my account was blocked, I immediately contacted Parimatch customer support, but I have not received any reply or information so far. I have not been sent any email or in‑app notification about the reason for the block, such as a verification request, a KYC issue, or any policy violation, so I do not know why this action was taken. I request that my account be urgently reviewed, a clear explanation be provided regarding the reason for the block, and that my access be restored. If my account will not be reopened, I expect my full balance of 22,000 INR to be promptly returned to me via a suitable withdrawal method.
