Parimatch 6,500 Rupees Withdrawal Missing From Kotak Bank

I requested a withdrawal of 6,500 rupees today from my Parimatch sports account to my Kotak bank account. In the Parimatch system, this transaction appears as “successful, but the money has not been credited to my bank account. My Parimatch user ID is 546097998. I contacted Parimatch customer support, and they only informed me that the transaction is successful from their end, but they have not helped me resolve why the amount is still not visible in my bank account. I request that this issue be investigated urgently and that the withdrawn amount of 6,500 rupees be credited to my Kotak bank account as soon as possible, or that you provide a clear explanation and proof of where the transaction currently stands.
