Paltalk Suddenly Marked My Account as Inactive

I have been using Paltalk on my iPhone in Nigeria, and since yesterday I have been unable to log in because the system suddenly shows my account as inactive.
I still remember both my nickname/username and the email address connected to the account, and to the best of my knowledge I have not violated any platform rules or engaged in any behavior that would justify my account being disabled. I also have not made any recent subscriptions or purchases on the account.
This situation is very upsetting because I unexpectedly lost access to my account without receiving any clear explanation, warning, or notification. At the moment, I have not been able to contact Paltalk support directly, and I do not know what steps I should take to solve the problem on my own.
I kindly request that my Paltalk account be reviewed and reactivated as soon as possible. If there is any specific reason why the account was marked inactive, I would appreciate receiving a clear explanation about the issue.
I would like to continue using my existing account and respectfully ask Paltalk either to restore my access or provide detailed guidance on the steps required for me to recover and reactivate the account safely.
