A short while ago today, while I was chatting with a girl in the app, my account was closed without any clear explanation. I am new to Litmatch and I did not receive or notice any clear warning or message explaining why my account was banned. If I unknowingly violated any rule, I sincerely apologise and I assure you that I will not repeat the same mistake again. After the ban, I deleted and downloaded the Litmatch app again, but my account still does not work and the system says that my ID has been banned. I kindly request that you review my account “nick”, explain the exact reason for the ban, and if possible, reactivate my account so that I can continue using Litmatch in full compliance with your community guidelines.
