Watsons Sells Expired Palmolive Shower Gel During Clearance Promotion

Today, I purchased a Palmolive brand shower gel on sale from the Watsons store in Bolu Center. The product was being offered at a very discounted price at the register, so I bought it, but when I got home and checked the expiration date, I noticed it read 11/2025—meaning it had already expired. Because of this, I am unable to use the product, which is completely unacceptable.

When paying at the store register, no disclosure was made regarding the expiration date, nor did I see any warning signs on the shelves. Such carelessness regarding expiration dates, especially in personal care products, poses a potential risk to consumer health.

I demand that Watsons exercise far greater diligence, immediately remove expired or near-expiration items from its shelves, and conduct regular inventory checks.
