Oysho Refuses to Replace Defective Leggings Despite Two-Year Warranty
I purchased a pair of leggings from Oysho in February 2024. About two months ago, I noticed that the inner lining had come apart. When I bought the product, I was told it came with a two-year warranty. However, when I went to the Maltepe Piazza store, I was informed that the product was “out of season” and therefore could not be exchanged or repaired.
I’m sharing this here based on a friend’s recommendation, as I believe Oysho should honor its warranty commitment and offer a repair or replacement for a product that’s clearly defective within the warranty period.
