I would like to report the inconvenience I have experienced with my online eye cream order from Origins. I placed order number 7105821395 seven days ago, but despite a full week having passed, my order has still not been shipped.

During this time, I tried contacting your customer service team by phone, but nobody answered my calls. I have received no information about whether my order has been shipped or any explanation regarding the delay.

I request that my order be shipped immediately and that I receive a clear update on its status. Otherwise, I request that my order be canceled and my payment refunded.
