I started using the ORAL-B Pro Science Gum Care and Plaque Shield toothpaste, and it led to a nightmare. Small sores began to appear inside my mouth and lower lip, and I ended up in and out of hospitals. I visited numerous doctors—ENTs, dentists—and went through countless tests, fearing I had oral cancer. The stress and anxiety were unbearable.
It never crossed my mind that this could be caused by the toothpaste. It wasn’t until much later, when a doctor asked if I had changed my toothpaste, that I realized the connection. I stopped using the toothpaste that day, and within a week, my symptoms started to improve. Thankfully, I’m now fully recovered.
I’m left wondering: how could this toothpaste cause such severe reactions? Was it ever properly tested? I’ve been through immense emotional and financial distress because of this. This product needs to be pulled from the market immediately before anyone else suffers.
