I Regret Buying Oppo Reno11 FS—Battery Drains Fast and Performance Is Sluggish

Hello, I purchased the Oppo Reno11 FS on June 10, 2025, and I’ve been extremely disappointed with its performance from day one. Despite being advertised with 6GB of RAM, the phone runs slower than my previous device which only had 4GB of RAM. This is completely unacceptable for a newer model that is supposed to offer an upgrade.

The battery life is awful—it drains rapidly, even with minimal use. I can't even play a simple game like Candy Crush without experiencing noticeable lag and stuttering. I expected a much smoother and more powerful experience, but instead I’m stuck with a phone that underperforms on the most basic tasks.

This is the first time I’ve been this disappointed with a smartphone. I feel like I’ve wasted my money on a product that doesn't deliver what it promises. Oppo needs to address this immediately. I’m requesting a performance fix, exchange, or refund, and I strongly urge others to reconsider before buying this model.
