Opodo Prime Annual Barcelona Charge Appeared Twice on My Card
I purchased two tickets through Opodo Prime for a Paris–Istanbul flight scheduled for July 15 using the same credit card. Other than purchasing those tickets, I never gave any approval, permission, or consent to enroll in a membership. However, at around 5:00 a.m. on June 3, I discovered that my credit card had been charged twice for €100 each, for a total of €200. My card statement shows these as two separate transactions with the description "Opodo Prime Annual Barcelona es." My reservation number is 25075244702.
After discovering these unauthorized charges, I tried to contact the company, but I could not find a valid email address or reach anyone by phone. Despite repeated calls, no one answered, and I never received any response. Having €200 charged to my card without my authorization while being unable to contact the company has seriously damaged my trust and caused significant inconvenience and frustration.
I request a full refund of the total €200 that was charged to my credit card without my permission. I also demand that any Opodo Prime or similar memberships or subscriptions associated with my account be canceled immediately and permanently, and that no future unauthorized or automatic charges ever be made to my card.
