Opiday disqualified my survey, how can I recover my points?

If Opiday disqualified you before completion, you may not receive the full survey reward, but Opiday says some users receive a small compensation for the time spent when they do not qualify.

Check your My Earnings balance first, as completed survey points can take up to 30 days to appear.

If you completed the survey and believe the points were incorrectly removed or never credited, contact Opiday through its support form with the survey details and your account information.

Opiday allows users to report incorrect points within 2 months of completing the survey.
