I Set My Location to Turkey on Omegle but Keep Getting Matched with Palestine Users

I’ve been using Omegle without issues until recently, when the app suddenly started showing me profiles from Palestine, even though my location is clearly set to Turkey. I even went a step further and connected to a Turkey-based VPN, thinking it might fix the issue—but nothing changed. No matter what I try, I keep getting matched with users outside my selected country.

This is incredibly frustrating because I used to enjoy the app and had a smooth experience. But now, despite trying every possible solution, I can’t get the platform to recognize my actual location.

I’m not asking for anything complicated—just that the app respects the location setting I choose. Why even offer a country selection if it’s going to be ignored?

Omegle, please fix this location bug immediately. Users should be able to connect with people from their selected region without having to battle faulty geolocation issues. I've done my part—now it's time for you to do yours.
