OmeTV Match Selection Feature Has Been Missing for Months
I have been using the OmeTV application on my iPhone for a long time. For approximately the last five months, the feature that allowed me to choose whether to “accept” or “reject” the people appearing on my screen has completely disappeared. Right now, because I no longer have the option to accept or reject someone, I cannot use the application the way I used to.
I do not have any paid membership or in-app purchase on the platform and I am only a standard user. I also have not contacted the support team through the application or by email before this complaint. This is the first time I am reporting the issue.
I want the “accept / reject user selection feature” on OmeTV to be restored to my account and would also like a clear explanation regarding what caused this issue and why the feature was removed from my account.
