OmeTV Accept/Reject Buttons Not Working on iPhone for Two Weeks
For approximately two weeks, the "reject / accept" buttons in the OmeTV app on my iPhone have stopped working. When I tap these buttons while trying to start a live chat, nothing happens — meaning I am completely unable to connect with anyone.
I made no changes to any settings on my phone or in the app, and no updates were installed around the time the problem started — it simply appeared on its own. This issue makes the app entirely unusable.
I am requesting that OmeTV identify and fix this bug affecting iPhone devices as soon as possible so that the app can be used normally again.
The "Accept" and "Reject" buttons in the OmeTV app have not been working on my iPhone for the past two weeks. Because of this, I cannot start live chats or use the app at all. I would like this issue to be resolved urgently. I found the brand's approach to this problem very disappointing.
