I See Only a Black Screen on OmeTV — Video Won’t Load Even After Hitting Accept

I’m having a serious issue with the OmeTV app. Every time I try to use it, the screen stays completely black. Nothing shows up—no video, no connection, just a blank screen. I click the “Accept” button like usual to start chatting, but it doesn’t change anything. The screen never loads and just stays black no matter how many times I try.

This makes the app totally unusable. I’ve checked my camera and permissions, and everything is working fine on my device. The problem is clearly on OmeTV’s side. I paid ₺ for Premium and I expect a working service. Please fix this issue immediately or provide a refund. I’m waiting for a response and a proper solution—this is beyond frustrating.
