OKX Identity Verification – Protecting My Personal Data from Unauthorized Use
On February 20, 2025, I downloaded the OKX app in preparation for the Pi Coin listing. As part of the identity verification process, I was required to upload front and back images of my ID.
To protect myself from potential misuse of my personal data, I am formally stating that, as of February 15, 2025, I do not authorize OKX or any affiliated parties to use my identity information for opening bank accounts, taking out loans, subscribing to services, registering businesses, or engaging in illegal activities. Any action taken under my name without my explicit written consent and signature is unauthorized, and I disclaim any legal responsibility for such actions.
I request that relevant authorities ensure my personal information remains secure and is not used for any unauthorized transactions. Additionally, I confirm that I have no involvement in illegal gambling, betting, or any similar activities.
