OkCupid App Keeps Showing Verification Error 3 on iPhone
I purchased an OkCupid Premium membership through the Apple Store. After using my subscription without any problems for approximately one month, I suddenly started receiving a “General Verification Error 3” warning whenever I tried to open the application. Since then, I have been completely unable to log into the app. The screen only displays a “Try Again” message and does not provide any real solution, explanation, or guidance.
This issue has been continuing for approximately 20 days, and during this time I have been unable to use the Premium membership that I already paid for. I also cannot properly reach anyone through the application or support channels, so my inconvenience and frustration continue without any assistance.
Because I am unable to receive the service I paid for, I request that this issue be resolved urgently, that access to my account be restored immediately, and that the necessary refund or compensation be provided for the period during which I could not use my Premium membership.
