Odamax Refuses to List My Hotel Due to Previous Owner’s Debt

As a hotel operator, I attempted to register my property on the Etstur/Odamax platform. However, after completing the registration process, they refused to activate my listing, citing a ₺900 debt owed by the previous company that managed the hotel. They are unfairly demanding that I pay this debt, even though it has nothing to do with me. I provided the contact details of the previous owners and suggested they collect the debt directly from them or pursue legal action. However, they claimed they were unable to recover the funds and insisted, "If you pay, we will list your hotel." This is highly unprofessional and has left me frustrated. I demand a fair and prompt resolution to this issue. Etstur/Odamax must address this matter immediately!
