Approximately 30 minutes ago, while using the platform, I was subjected to severe verbal abuse and offensive language by another user. The situation then escalated when the user explicitly threatened to find where I live and stated that they would come and kill me. I consider these statements to be serious threats to my personal safety.

I have preserved screenshots of the conversation, including the threatening messages and the username that was being used at the time of the incident, and I am prepared to provide them if required for your investigation.

After the incident, I attempted to contact your company to report the matter. However, the email address provided for contact did not accept my messages, and the listed telephone numbers were not working. As a result, I was unable to reach any representative or report this urgent safety issue through your official communication channels.

Threats of violence and abusive behavior of this nature create a serious safety risk not only for me but also for other users of your platform.

I respectfully request that you urgently investigate this incident, identify the user responsible for the threats, and take the appropriate action against the account in accordance with your policies. I also request a written response informing me of the outcome of your investigation.
