Nova Investment Is Not Releasing My $5000 Entitlement and Ignores My Calls

I’ve had a really tough time with Nova Investment. I have a $5,000 entitlement with the firm, but I can't get to my funds. It's been 20 days, and nobody at Nova Investment is getting back to me on my calls or messages. At first, I figured this was just a short hold-up, but the company has kept dodging my messages and follow-ups, which has really left me feeling disappointed. I didn’t think it would be so hard to get a simple answer or my money back from a company like this. I'm encouraging everyone to be careful because working with Nova Investment has been quite tough, and their customer service and accountability just aren't up to par.
