Nova Investment Caused $18,000 Loss and Pressured for More Funds

I lost $18,000 through Nova Invest, and after 2 months, they contacted me claiming that my funds were insured and they would refund the money. However, they demanded that I provide ₺110,000 in support, stating that with a $1,500 company contribution, they would deposit ₺732,000 into my account without any conditions. I made the payment, but they then imposed conditions on the transaction, which I refused to accept. I requested the return of my ₺110,000, but the manager, Mr. A**, and consultant, Mr. L**, are not answering my calls or responding.
