NIVEA Derma Skin Clear Caused Severe Facial Burning

Today, at around 7:00 p.m., I used NIVEA Derma Skin Clear Exfoliating Scrub for the first time. About two minutes after applying it, I experienced an intense burning sensation, excessive warmth, and bright red redness across my face. As of now, the burning and redness are still present and are causing me significant discomfort.

I purchased the product from an Eve store and actually bought two of them. I still have the receipt. I had never used this NIVEA product line or any similar product before, so experiencing this kind of reaction on my very first use was both disappointing and concerning. I have not yet visited a healthcare provider or contacted NIVEA customer service.

Because of this negative experience, I am requesting a full refund for both products. If necessary, I would also like the products to be examined and to receive an explanation regarding the reaction I experienced.
