Nivea Black and White Invisible Clear Causes Skin Irritation

I purchased Nivea Black & White Invisible Clear 50 ml roll-on deodorant from a BİM Market. After using the product regularly for approximately one month, I developed intense itching and significant skin irritation in my underarm area. I had experienced similar itching when I used the same product previously, but at the time, I thought it might have been related to something else. This time, as the symptoms became more severe, I looked at online reviews and found that other users had also reported similar skin irritation and allergic reactions after using the same product.

As my symptoms worsened, I consulted a dermatologist. The doctor told me that the product had caused an allergic reaction and that it contained aluminum, and advised me not to use products of this type. When I attempted to return the product to the BİM store, my return request was rejected without any record being made, on the grounds that the product had already been opened and used.

As a consumer who regularly uses Nivea products and trusts the brand, I have been seriously affected by this experience, both in terms of my health and my trust in the brand. I request that the ingredients of this product be thoroughly reviewed by qualified experts, that the Ministry of Health be notified if necessary, and that consumers be protected from any potential risks. I also request reimbursement for the medical expenses I incurred because of this product, an official apology, and, if deemed necessary, consideration of measures such as a product recall or consumer warning.

I expect Nivea's manufacturer and representatives to take this complaint seriously and take appropriate steps to prevent similar issues from affecting other consumers.
