Nivea Men Black and White Deodorant Stick Broke Apart

I purchased a Nivea Men Black & White stick deodorant from a BİM Market approximately one week ago. When I first purchased the product, the cap opened and closed normally, but after a short period of time, it stopped closing properly. Because the cap would not close securely, I had difficulty using the product.

Later, while applying the deodorant normally, the stick itself broke apart and crumbled, making the product unusable. I used the product only as intended and according to the instructions. It was never dropped, damaged, or subjected to any improper use.

Because of this issue, I request a refund for the amount I paid for the product and ask that the inconvenience I experienced be resolved. I also request that the product undergo a quality control inspection and that the necessary investigation be carried out to prevent a similar problem from occurring again.
