I purchased a pair of New Balance 9060 sports shoes approximately one year ago from the Superstep store located in Kütahya Sera AVM, for about ₺10,000. Despite being within this relatively short usage period, the inner back support of the shoes has torn and become deformed, which I do not find acceptable in terms of product quality. I still have my invoice, with invoice number NEP2025000980821 and product code U9060LBA5738,5. Due to the problem, I delivered the shoes to the Superstep store for inspection. However, I have not contacted customer service by phone; the process has only been carried out through the store. Given that such wear and tear and tearing should not occur in a product of this price and brand within one year, I request that my shoes be repaired or refurbished if possible, or otherwise that the product be exchanged or refunded. I kindly ask you to evaluate my complaint and resolve it in favor of the consumer as soon as possible.
