Novareve Indigo New Balance Shoes Not Delivered

On 4 April, I ordered a pair of Indigo New Balance shoes from Novareve with the order number FE6697 to be delivered in the United Kingdom. Later, I received a message stating that a delivery attempt had been made and that a card had been left, but I did not receive any card and I have still not received the shoes. I tried to contact both Novareve and the delivery company about this situation, but I did not receive any helpful response or clear information from them, and the issue remains unresolved. I kindly request that my Indigo New Balance shoes be resent to my address as soon as possible, or that an appropriate solution be provided so that I receive the product I paid for.
