NetShort Charged $39.99 Immediately Despite One Week Free Trial

I tried to watch NetShort for the first time on October 28, 2025. I wanted to use the one-week free trial and selected the weekly plan, which clearly showed “1 Week Free” and that payment would be charged afterward. However, NetShort immediately debited $39.99 from my account. The subscription clearly stated a one-week free trial. I am not satisfied and am requesting a refund since it was falsely represented and extremely expensive for a trial.
