Frustrated with Netflix’s New Samsung TV Interface

I’m extremely disappointed with Netflix’s recent changes to the app interface on Samsung TVs. The new layout forces users to watch trailers continuously, and even suggests rewatching the same trailers under a "Watch Again" section. The menu is filled with inconsistencies, and the presentation seems to disregard user convenience entirely. It feels like a deliberate attempt to frustrate users and push them toward other platforms like Prime or Disney+.
I’m filing this complaint to warn Netflix’s relevant teams because navigating through movies and shows has become a complete ordeal. When I reached out to customer service, both over the phone and in writing, they ignored the flaws in the app and brushed off my concerns. This needs to be addressed, as it’s becoming a real pain to choose what to watch.

Minutes after this complaint, the application had been reverted to its previous state. But now, as if I hadn't complained, they put up that broken application again without any improvements. It's like a joke. Why are you showing trailers? When we could open that trailer ourselves.
