The Netflix app on Samsung TV has once again been downgraded to an unusable version, despite previous complaints that led to its restoration. Instead of making improvements, Netflix has reverted to an extremely basic interface, offering nothing but trailer loops and an incredibly frustrating user experience.
The app now repeats the same trailers across different menu sections, making navigation pointless and irritating. Even worse, the interface design is sloppy, with images that don’t even fit properly within the screen. Why is this flawed version forced only on Samsung QLED and Neo QLED users? Other devices still have the original, functional version.
This poorly designed app seems deliberately created to push users away from Netflix and toward competitors like Disney+ and Prime Video. Why remove useful sections like ‘Coming Next Week’ and ‘Worth the Wait’? Instead, we get ridiculous categories like "Chilling Thrillers That Will Make You Shiver." Who is coming up with these names?
Netflix, I pay for this service, and I have every right to demand a functional and user-friendly app. Please restore the previous version immediately—I shouldn’t lose sleep over a broken app at midnight! Serious Netflix users deserve better!
