Nebula Online Unauthorized Credit Card Charges

I live in Queensland, Australia and recently discovered that payments were taken from my credit card by Sa Nebula Online without my approval. On 29 January 2026 I noticed two separate transactions on my credit card statement, totalling $125.23, and I suspect there may be more similar withdrawals going back to last year. I have never opened an account with Sa Nebula Online, never subscribed to any of their services, and have not authorised any payments to this company. These transactions appear clearly on both my online and paper statements with the company name and amounts shown. Following this, I contacted my bank, and they advised me to reach out to the company by phone or email. I attempted to call the number I found, but when I did, I was told it was an incorrect number and I was unable to reach anyone from Sa Nebula Online to discuss or resolve the issue. I request that all unauthorised transactions taken by Sa Nebula Online from my credit card be fully refunded, that any possible subscription or agreement associated with my details be cancelled immediately, and that my information be blocked so that no further charges or contact can be made without my explicit consent.
