Nebula Astrology App Unauthorized $49.99 Credit Card Charge

While using the Nebula Horoscope Astrology app, I completed a test without realizing that it could lead to further progress within the system. I then made a payment of approximately $1, believing it was a one-time transaction. Even on that day, there was no active subscription shown on my account.

Despite this, on September 29, 2026, at approximately 10:30 PM, I noticed a charge of $49.99 on my credit card, which appeared in my bank's system as approximately $51 based on the exchange rate applied by my bank. The transaction details in my banking app showed the description “sa *nebula nc oyu Nicosia cyp.” After receiving the SMS notification, I immediately contacted Yapı Kredi Worldcard customer service. I was told that the transaction would be investigated and that I would be informed. However, the message I received from the bank the following morning stated that the transaction had been charged to me and that no refund would be issued.

I did not provide any authorization to subscribe to a Nebula membership. I do not accept being charged for a subscription without my knowledge or explicit consent after making a payment that I believed was a one-time transaction. For security reasons, I canceled my credit card. I also contacted Nebula through Instagram, but I have not received any response so far.

I request a full refund of the unauthorized $49.99 charge and the immediate and permanent cancellation of any subscriptions or memberships that may have been created in my name without my consent.
