I Want My Unauthorized Nebula Astrology Payment Refunded

On 05/03/2026 at 02:12:21 AM, a charge of approximately $52 was made from my credit card under the description “PAY*NebulaAP” without my knowledge or approval. I did not purchase any package related to Nebula: Horoscope & Astrology, I never downloaded the application, and I only visited the Astrodienst website to view a free birth chart.

After noticing this unauthorized transaction, I immediately contacted my bank and reported the situation. However, because I actively need to use my credit card, I was unable to cancel it. I also entered both the Astrodienst and Nebula websites and deleted my email address information, but I still cannot see whether my card details or any hidden membership/subscription remain stored in their systems.

My request from Nebula is that the approximately $52 withdrawn without my permission be refunded immediately, that my card information be completely deleted from their systems, and that any subscription, membership, or payment authorization that may exist without my knowledge be fully canceled. I kindly request an urgent response and a fast resolution to the inconvenience and concern I am experiencing.
