Unauthorized $20 Charge From Myıq IQ Test — Still No Refund
About 15 days ago, $20 was withdrawn from my virtual card in the middle of the night without my consent as a charge for a Myıq IQ test.
I immediately contacted Myıq’s support team by email, providing my customer ID and requesting a refund. However, the process is still ongoing, and no resolution has been provided so far.
I demand that this unauthorized transaction be canceled immediately and that the $20 charge be fully refunded to my account as soon as possible.
