Today, 22 April, a payment of 29.99 was taken from my HSBC account by MyIQ.com without my knowledge or consent. On my bank statement, the transaction appears with the reference “M5ytkx9L / My.IQ.com/us / 14152363171NY US”. I have never knowingly subscribed to any service from MyIQ.com, and I did not authorise this payment. I request that this 29.99 payment be fully refunded as an unauthorised charge, and that any subscription or account that may have been opened in my name, email address, or card details be cancelled immediately. I also ask you to ensure that no further payments are taken from my card or account in the future. Please confirm the cancellation of any subscription and the processing of the refund in writing as soon as possible.
