I was notified today that €29.99 was transferred from my account to MYIQ.COM/EU+14142363171MT at 07:43:09 on October 28. I have no idea what this payment is for, as I never intended to use or subscribe to any paid module or analysis service. Please provide details about this transaction because I did not authorize this recurring charge and request a full refund. If I do not receive a response or if you refuse to return the money, I will have to contact my bank to report the unauthorized transaction. Additionally, I visited your website to cancel any possible subscription and received a message claiming that a notification email was sent to my address, but I never received it.
