Credit Card Dispute for Myıq.com Unauthorized Billing

While reviewing my credit card statement dated January 3, 2026, I noticed that a charge of $29.99 was made to my Akbank card under the description “Myıq.com/US New York USA” without my knowledge or authorization. I was not shown any approval screen, did not receive any notification, and was not presented with any clear agreement regarding this transaction.

I had previously used the Myıq.com website only briefly for testing purposes. Other than that, I did not consent to any paid membership, subscription, or recurring payment. Therefore, I do not accept that this charge was made to my account without my permission.

I request that Myıq immediately refund the $29.99 charged to my card in full and cancel any membership or subscription that may have been created in my name. Otherwise, I will initiate a chargeback dispute with my bank and pursue formal complaints and all available legal remedies.
