Molfix Sold Me Damaged Pampers and Refused to Refund

I have been using Molfix pampers for my son for the past 3 years, and this is the fourth time I’m facing an issue, which is why I’m now filing a complaint. I recently purchased a pack of Molfix pampers from Punjab Cash and Carry, D.I. Khan branch, and 90% of them were damaged. I returned to the store to complain, and they said they would send the product to the company for review, promising either a refund or a replacement. However, I have received neither. Molfix should take this matter seriously and take immediate action. It won’t just be me leaving this brand—I will also make sure my colleagues stop buying it. We are paying, but you are not delivering quality!
