Mobile Legends Won’t Open After Update, Poor Customer Support

After the latest Mobile Legends update, the game refuses to open. I’ve tried everything imaginable—clearing cache, uninstalling and reinstalling, using APKPure, and ensuring my device and internet connection are in excellent condition. Despite all this, the game still won’t launch.
To make matters worse, customer support has been completely unhelpful. They’ve shown zero interest in resolving the issue or providing meaningful guidance. My device meets all requirements, so the problem clearly lies with the update or the app itself.
I am requesting Mobile Legends to urgently address this issue and fix the update so I can play again. If anyone in the community has a solution, I’d greatly appreciate it. This level of service from the company is very disappointing.
