Mobile Legends Unfair Chat Ban Removal Request

In my recent Mobile Legends match, my teammates provided no support at all. The enemy team constantly ganked my lane, yet none of my teammates came to help. I was left behind in the game, so I focused on taking towers, which resulted in me dealing the highest tower damage in the match.

Despite this, I was unfairly penalized, receiving a 30-match voice ban and a 3-day text ban just because of this game. I contacted customer service, but I only received an automatic response with no real investigation into the issue.

I demand a review of my penalty and a fair resolution. Mobile Legends must improve its ban system—players should not be punished unfairly for trying to play strategically. I expect a response and proper support!
